he Buckley Park Cricket Club has experienced significant growth over the past three years and is quickly establishing itself as one of the strongest clubs within the North West Metro Cricket Association. Heading into the 2026/27 season, the club expects to field three to four senior sides, all with the potential to compete in finals at the conclusion of the home and away season.
The club is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic coaching personnel to support our senior program. We are open to discussing a range of potential roles, including (but not limited to) Head Coach, or Captain-Coach positions, depending on the experience and availability of applicants.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Level 1 Community Coaching Qualification (Level 2 – Preferred)
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Mandatory)
- Strong leadership and a willingness to improve team and club performance
- A willingness to drive both the on and off field culture of a club
- Desire and ability to teach and develop all teams/players
- Ability to recruit new players into the club
